                      Stir frying is one of the healthiest cooking methods. It uses very                            little oil so the food is low in fat and calories. The high                                    temperature and short cooking time ensure that vegetables and                                  proteins are cooked quickly and retain their nutrients, and                                   vegetables are at their most colourful. If you’re                                            concerned  about the environment you’ll be happy to know that                               stir frying is one of the least energy intensive methods of                                cooking.
